Looking for last-minute gift ideas? Everyone has everything already, right? Well, AI has one benefit - it’s constantly moving forward and there are completely new things to pay for.
AI-powered tools and subscriptions make excellent last-minute gifts, they are practical. Here are tips from me, sorted by categories. Let Snoopy guide you through gift tips for:
Creative souls
Business tryhards
Tech bros
Sporty and healthy individuals who have their life together
Just chill guys/girls.
Creative souls
Canva Premium: This is totally my personal favorite paid subscription of all subscriptions I have.
It lets me choose from so many designs, images, and graphical elements, add videos, or use Canva AI to generate new designs or remove backgrounds. I use Canva for my blog and for all presentations that I use for teaching.
ElevenLabs: A voice cloning and generation platform, ideal for content creators and audio enthusiasts.
Suno AI: A fun app that lets you generate songs in any genre, on any topic. For example, Latent Space creators use Suno to make a soundtrack for their podcast. Even though I think Suno is a lot of fun (try it!), I’m not sure if someone really finds use of it in everyday life, and if the paid version is needed. However, you know your friends the best.
Contentstack: This is a CMS (content management system), so if you know someone who’s a marketing boss with an analytical mind, it might be a good fit.
Business tryhards
Granola: Recently very popular among my tech friends. It’s a meeting transcript & notes app, but better than some of the others. It makes your messy notes well-structured and fills the gaps very well.
Grammarly: An AI writing assistant that helps improve written communication's grammar, style, and clarity. You can get it as an extension on social media, e-mail, Slack & more. It has a pretty good free version too, so I would buy the premium one if your friend/relative struggles with grammar and stylistics VERY FREQUENTLY.
Clay: An AI-powered tool for automating Excel tasks and data analysis. I discovered it when I got a list of e-mails and names for my event, and wanted to find their LinkedIn, GitHub, and other info. Clay just automatically filled in this info into the Excel sheet. Insane. Of course it’s expensive and there are more alternatives like this. I just can’t stop being amazed.
Tech bros
Cursor: If you are looking for a gift for a programmer, they very likely already have a Cursor subscription. Cursor is the next big thing in coding. It’s an intelligent integrated development environment for coders. An AI assistant working on your code with you.
GitHub Copilot: An AI pair programmer that assists in writing code more efficiently. This is an alternative of Cursor.

Replika: I find this highly controversial. Replika is basically your AI boyfriend/girlfriend. I wouldn’t recommend it to “tech bros” category if I didn’t have Twitter… Unfortunatelly. You know what, I don’t recommend it at all, just leaving it here. I don’t have an opinion on AI companions like this yet, that’s a big topic for a debate.
Sporty and healthy individuals who have their life together
Fitify: It provides personalized AI workout plans tailored to individual fitness goals. The founder is from Czech Republic (my home country!) where it’s pretty popular.
Mind: AI therapists are getting incredibly popular, and Mind is one of them. I honestly don’t know which AI therapist is the best, but I know the creators of Mind (they’re from Czech Republic too!), and they’re working on much more crazy stuff.
Calm: “The n.1 app for meditation and sleep.” Offers AI-enhanced meditation and sleep stories for relaxation and mindfulness. I didn’t try it because I’m grinding too hard. But you should.
Whoop: This fitness tracker is adding an ‘AI Coach’ feature. The tracker reviews data from the wearables to get you personalized insights and training plans. The chatbot should provide customized recommendations to optimize performance.
Just chill guys/girls
Claude: Yes, I know, ChatGPT this and that… But Claude is basically the same, with better results in many benchmarks. Claude uses models by Anthropic, one of the biggest competitors of OpenAI (the company behind ChatGPT). I am convinced it is better at generating long texts or code snippets.
Perplexity: Another AI-powered search tool. Perplexity excels in research and real-time information. Plus it’s claimed to be the “replacement of Google”. Alternative to Claude.
Quizlet Plus: Provides AI-enhanced study tools and flashcards for efficient learning.
Bonus: Fashion & AI gifts
If you know someone obsessed with the latest AI tools, get them Perplexity merch. I think Perplexity has the greatest design of all AI apps - they are creating breathtaking visuals (I even printed some of them and hung them in my room as posters), clothes, hats, or even coffee.
